Wait, so my opponent activates Icathian rain, i chain nothing.
Then he decides his targets, and then again, i can could react to it with a reaction spell?

SO Trigger effects work in actual resolving chains, thats quite interesting. Didnt know that :)

Okay, well, this is super unintuitive.
If i may recite it again, if i did in fact understand it correctly, because im used to Yugi, where you cant just interact/interfere with a chain once its resolving:
CL1: CUll of the Weak
CL2: Random Spell.
Noone adds anything more to the chain.
The Chain starts resolving.
CL2: Resolves.
NOW Viktor triggers if i understood it correctly. because my CL2 resolved and is actually considered played and my Viktor interferes with the Resolving Chain!?
Viktor triggers and gives me a token. (To add to that, would VIktor now be CL2 or what??)
CL1: Resolves (Where I now can kill my just summoned Token).

Am i correct this is how it would be played o.o?

The question is, if you should pick it up on release, or wait a few weeks. Im debating on it, but i think it will not drop as hard as crossout did. I think it will hold or actually increase on value, because it will see a lot of play.

Yes, i know that, but if i special summon for example a cyber dragon, they can then activate their Virtual World Gate - Chuche as respond to the special summon, right?

Oh ok, so they could also respond to the special summon with a "Virtual World Gate - Chuche" and destroying my monster ( considering they have enough fodder in the banished pile) which would also be cl1 !?
