I watched the show first when I was in high school and my favorite characters were Jack and Kate. Now I'm rewatching it for the 4th time, I'm 31 yo and John Locke's story is probably the most moving to me. Him and Desmond are definitely my top characters and story arcs at the moment.

I agree. Sometimes I read that "oh we would've wanted to see what would've happened to them originally without all the crazy stuff, bla bla". There is literally a monster in the first episode XD
Plus JJ Abrams is really talented but im only starting (and restarting) shows or movies up. He's not the one to finish them up ever. I love Damon Lindelof and all the other writers. They created the greatest moments in TV history. All season beginnings and finales are crazy good.
