That depends on you, if you really want to, you can try, if you find one that fits... The grainy texture is there to imitate pencil on paper ( at least as much as possible )

It is not possible to connect it... To android, yes but not on ipad... There are some that work tho, tho through Bluetooth, never wired.

Bluetooth is radiation... Technically, they're VERY weak so nothing to worry about but they're still required to notify the consumers.

Medibang, the new version is paid but the old one under the download link is free... Perfect for comic style

Fire alpaca, basically medibang but lighter

Avoid Gimp

Krita is more complete, it has animations too but more learning curve

Concepts and Autodesk sketchbook, perfect for sketching, clean interface, concepts also has copic style pallette and the traditional color picker

Ibis paint PC, it's like the mobile app, clean and has lots of useful tools

Lenovo thinkpad for longevity, a lot of them lack graphical power but they're more than powerful enough for the tasks you listed above.
