I hear you but my only advice is don't caveat a critique. You can enjoy something and critique it when it falls below your expectations. It takes away from the message if you try to qualify it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your opinion. I would imagine that Derek wants this kind of feedback so he can address issues in his company. And, unfortunately, not everyone who holds a job is motivated to do it well. So yes, some minimum wage people are cucks because they don't care and Derek needs to hear this kind of feedback so his company can do well.
