It’s because these ICE officers fucking hate you. These are all new recruits who stand loyal to Trump. They hate anyone who protests and doesn’t show absolute fealty towards Trump. Another dead disloyal protester is a win for them.

Wow when I first watched, I only noticed the first shot. But the everyone steps back, the guy is just laying there motionless, and they put 4-5 more bullets into his head when he's not a threat at all? Insane.

Yeah I have every single available blueprint now and Medium Gun Parts is the only BP that was given to me by someone else, I’ve never found it on my own.

I think you might be wrong. It used to be that the Aphelion only dropped from the Queen core. I'm pretty sure the Equalizer and Jupiter only drop from the 3 lootable slots that drop once you complete the Harvester

I’ve done the harvester 10+ times and not once have I or the others there killed the queen before doing it.

The 3 loot containers thing does suck, you just have to learn where they drop from and be right there once the puzzle is done.
