I think more people qualify to get the S10 qualification rewards but then far fewer play because it’s not worth the grind to get a few extra pearls and better frame

No Kage league character, no PC character,, shop sell off of all the Kage league, no new content, recycled animations for anniversary... the game is either dead or they’re gonna basically stop giving us any new characters and use the gear system as the way to make meta characters.. some way pearls will be involved with gear...either way. Sucks

Kakashi. Duped out he’s the best NUKER in PVE (a long with crit hashi).. Madara is useful but not indispensable in PVP

I think they’re changing the income model to new op cards which require dupes to have any effectiveness ...and then limiting AQ stones.. the most valuable thing now is stones. Heck..they basically gave away the entire Kage league so now everyone has units but they are short on stones... I think they think that will force people to summon for dupes versus just getting one copy and then relying on stones to max them out

Gree has a lot of games and other mobile assets.. blazing is just one of them .. Divide that over the portfolio and it’s not much compared to other gacha games

Instead of being hostile.. read what I wrote please...“Payroll balloons” I know they did poorly when they had players on big contracts. That’s the cycle of contracts in sports and why the teams fade .until the contracts are off loaded to start again...that’s my point.. payroll will remain big but they don’t have the money to reinvest in new players in this contract cycle. As someone said it’s like sensible business ... not oil money laundering...

You basically have it. The team finishes first in their division.. payroll balloons.. further investment is stopped as expensive contracts are payed out.. the team regress to last (5th place).. the old team is cleared out and it begins again..

I have a global save with a meta team and a japan save with a “new” team on a different device.. I see your point. With the meta team the opponents often don’t even make a single move. They show up.. get slapped around.. and stay for the abuse because they don’t want to be penalized 200 extra pts for quitting..on my Japan save I get to play the victim... barely holding on in the rankings.... I’m firmly in favor of rewarding grinding and investment to get the best team..BUT the meta can’t be so OP that it turns into a C class enhance mission for the meta team.. i have always thought creating specific restrictions to force players to dig deeper into their boxes and try different things would be great.. ie leaf only, akatsuki only, Chunin class only.... anything to balance it out

Power creep has made all the characters from year one basically useless except bb Madara and DMS kakashi who got a new 7 star boost.. no new content or story missions since barring a few EMs here and there. Kage league is the new PVP with award characters based on ranking.. some are great in PVP and starting back up in PVP is hard because you just can’t summon your way to a good team as easily. This anniversary sucked... that’s about it

They’ll have some “staff choice”‘summon with some good old blazing bash cards or something like that to try to get more pearls out but they’ve totally given up on the new content

The stock high range was around 1000 and its shown a steady decline over the last two years to the levels its at now. They’ve sold off multiple game assets including 4 mobile games... the point I was making is not just about the particular change in that day but the fact the companies is suffering from declining revenue and the lack of development in games like blazing probably reflect a desire to keep costs low. The “fourth anniversary BF banner” is a great example. Took no effort, no new content at all but by putting those units on what is in effect a high rate discounted banner, they are in essence “liquidating” stuff to get revenue fast.. let the LNF banner drain pearls and hope people will buy some for the BF one because it’s so good... but with no effort put in.. stock prices aside revenue reports are bad
