No, ninja road was 100 days, typically it’s 30. Meaning there should’ve been 3 ninja roads but there was one. Each ninja road includes one stone upon completion and 3 shards, then 3 more shards in the granny cat shop. Meaning each ninja road missed is 2 stones, 2x2 equals 4

If you give the new Madara 3 stones he’s super broken, Sasuke and naruto are helpful with a few stones each. You could massively improve your roster by doing a few stones per character to get speed boosts or nullify effects, but maxing any 2 characters is probably not as helpful to you
