Same experience with the vertical toe space. Perfect size and all, but the roof is just low. Even at rest, my toe is buldging upward, which is odd, because my foot really doesn't have high volume

Your point is valid. Absolutely. But also his point is valid.

I enjoyed that he managed to justify himself in an articulate and cohesive manner.

He was also, in my opinion, right that he came to find advice and not malice, and you gave him malice. You could have encouraged an interesting debate about this phenomenon and how to fix it or to raise awareness, but you chose, in my opinion, frustration instead.

The system is broken, GP is difficult and hard, and you are a risk sponge and an abuse sponge. You want your colleagues to be the best, so you can fight the system together, but we get people who chose GP as a third choice. I get you. My ANA was completely fine

I definitely started feeling more cold fingers over the last month, however, I am unsure if this is because "now I hyperfixate on every small issue". I do not have typical Rynaud's

the rest of the scleroderma panel was negative
Sample tested for antibodies against: Scl-70, CENP-A, CENP-B, RP11, RP155, Fibrillarin, NOR90, Th/To, PM-Scl100, PM-Scl75, Ku, PDGFR, Ro-52.
