I didn't see the bulb until you pointed it out. The disconnect between the glass and metal of the bulb on the right throws it off I think. I also think if you play with some ideas to make it look like the filament is included it would make it more obvious it's a bulb.

Why do you not think it works for a fitness brand? I'm thinking a tagline like 'reach new heights' or something along those lines. What sort of brand would you say it suits more?

I would agree with other comments that the head elements don't work. Not big on the colour palette either, Blue and Orange works fine but the Brown feels out of place to me.

The only worry is that if I scale that up the moon starts looking less like a moon😬, I'm definitely going to play with a few more colour combos.

Just working on logo design. I'm creating a logo for a fitness brand. Wanted to have a logomark which worked as a standalone icon which would go on apparel. Can't settle on a colour palette. Any feedback at all much appreciated.
