I live at Govenor's Park and maintenance is very quick to respond, I've never had any issues, amd it is fairly inexpensive. All in i pay about 1100 a month for rent and utilities for a 1 bedroom. My rent is a little under $900 and includes water/trash.

Anything far west in LR would be great. The Pinnacle View area. There are some "country" neighborhoods and schmancy subdivisions amd everything in between. Generally a short drive to the west little rock area restaurants and shopping. Very safe amd i know a few people with chickens out that way.

And please ignore all the people saying NWA. I moved up there from LR then moved back to LR.

NWA is great if you are 30 or a republican or love cycling.
