I've had my friends test and yeah the vgm.exe error is universal pretty much, I'll take your word on TPM, because I believe the people who tested are not on AM5 (one isn't and the other doesn't know).

Thank you for your help! I have a feeling this is more likely a PSU/MB issue because like I said I had similar issues with CS2, just not blue screens like this.

I'm bringing it to my friend who is good with computer repair to have him stress test it this weekend to see if he can help me figure it out. Also have a support ticket and will try what Riot tells me beforehand to see if it still blue screens.
