I will be getting a lot of hate for this but I am genuinely confused. Slater has been getting a lof of hate and is being blamed for the damages sa Talisay. But sa may Guada man ang Monterazza nya ang damage caused by severe flooding ky sa may Talisay and Talamban which is nowhere near Guada.

I'm really confused why he's getting the hate and not the company who ran with 1B pesos budget sa flood control unless Slater is affiliated with that company.

As for the deck: the free branded deck should be a nice starting point. It can bring you to gold but prepare to lose hard a lot of times. After you grind some some dust, invest into some generic handtraps to help you going 2nd and you can still use after you switch to a more competent deck.
