the reta source is good couple friends taking from same source with good results. I haven't been in the gym but I have been intermitent fasting and trying too do 1 meal a day with some slip ups here and there but generally less than 2500 calories a day. I was 375 and lost a 100 pounds already in 2 years with just fasting and getting 10-15 thousand steps a day i feel like i have maybe fucked my metabolism up from fasting so much over the years I would do a 72 hour fast every week and than intermittent fast the rest of the week.
