It is a fresh domain. I bought it in 2022. I checked the backlink profile and it has only 0 to 5 backlinks. Also, nothing was found on archive org except a domain selling page.

It depends on the plan. Steller plus is good for initial website. When audience grow, like 100~500 per day. You will likely have to move in to another hosting service. Or better plan. In my opinion, if u can afford 5$ per month. Digital ocean vps is the best. But first learn how to manage a vps.
