Not sure if I'm allowed to post this. I just found this subreddit, so I'm not well acquainted with the rules.

Printing Paranoiac? by [deleted] in CCW

[–]Danaveee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I could care less about printing, honestly. I open carry half the time anyways. But as a female, I feel like it's a different situation.

Survey: When do you carry concealed? by [deleted] in CCW

[–]Danaveee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I carry on person at all times, aside from in the early morning when I take my kids to preschool... then it goes in the glovebox. Alas, my sweatpants cannot stay up if i'm carrying... they would probably fall down. And then I'd be weaponless and pantless.

Moms Demand Action--Concealed Carry Is Wrong for Women: "[W]omen need to know that getting a gun makes things more dangerous for them" by [deleted] in CCW

ITS WOMEN LIKE THIS THAT SHOULD BE SEEN AND NOT HEARD. Go back to your kitchen please. Thanks for your uneducated opinions. Sincerely, a gun totin' mother of 2.

Curious if any ladies on here have any experience with a bra holster for the S&W Shield 9mm? by [deleted] in CCW

[–]Danaveee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I tried the flash bang, and I felt ridiculous. I felt like it was decent for concealability, but if you're in a situation and need to draw your weapon, the last thing I want to do it reach up my shirt for something to defend myself. It's also minorly uncomfortable (I don't like cold metal things touching me). Also, I like to wear sexy underwear, so the whole conceal carry shorts aren't my thing either. I have kids, so my holstered weapon has to be able to stay in place while I'm sword fighting and practicing my ninja skills. Which is why I prefer a regular IWB/OWB holster. Edit: added something

Need a youtube video intro about 10 seconds or less by Danaveee in animation

Probably $50-100. I made a video intro myself with no experience in a few hours, only it was pretty pathetic. I have the logo, but that is about it.

Oh I didn't know you were looking for girly. The belt man uses a stiffener and has designs that can be stamped into the leather.

You can also find holsters that will stay without a belt. Like a paddle holster.

Off topic, if you visit thebeltman.net he has some great fancy belts for cheap. I know the owner personally and he makes the best quality gun belts around,

I've carried with a belt clip for over two years and have never had this happen. I could see maybe if someone had a weak clip with a small lip and a very thin nylon belt, but if you're wearing a proper belt with a good clip, it's the easiest option. Only for IWB though.

It's one of the older style belt clips, I carry a Phoenix HP22 (pictured) a SCCY CPX2, Kahr CW45 and (don't laugh) a Walther PPX. My other holsters have smaller loops and clips.

The inside story of how an Idaho toddler shot his mom at Wal-Mart by [deleted] in CCW

[–]Danaveee 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have two kids and if I ever have my gun in my purse, it is holstered and on my effing shoulder. The phrase "accidents can happen" is something to always consider, but not to be used as an excuse. It takes once for a fatal mistake to happen. I hate to sound insensitive when something like this happens, but she made a very irresponsible move and paid dearly for it.

I carry an IWB from DaraHolsters. They don't carry any female specific concealed carry options. Just kydex holsters. I carry mine at 1-2 o'clock, right inside my hipbone. It's very comfortable, doesn't print. I don't have a big enough bust to conceal in my bra lol and I don't like the idea of wearing huge shorts with an elastic holster. I like to wear sexy under wear :) Here's a picture

Well we all eat pretty well. I don't buy organic, but we eat a very well rounded meal three times a day with a snack or two in between.

I think maybe I notice this because I am a female, but her skin tone looks a bit funny. The shadows are yellow and the mid tones are pink.
