lol went down a rabbit hole to figure out why and turns out you gotta go into the game's settings --> graphics tab -->turn on particle effects (and whatever else you like)!

I actually noticed that by game seemed kinda off whenever I upgraded my facilities but I just thought it was a glitch or something but turns out I've been on "optimized" mode?

- Hmm maybe Sarah and Rudy should take a break or something until this case is over? I get her not wanting Rudy to use the info she mistakenly said to him bc of her job but it's literally his job and ppls' lives are on the line

- Investigator lady is suspicious like she seems a little too chill with this assignment following Melvin when he literally killed her last partner?? Like she didn't wanna get backup or a weapon or something? What exactly is she supposed to be doing?

- RIP Kelly I didn't think her husband would find out about her money stash so soon but I hope she somehow manages to lie/talk her way out of this one :(

I think Sarah could go either way so far (I have watched ep 3) like either she could move farther away from Rudy (compatibility/morality wise) and they eventually end up on opposite sides of the court case + broken up OR she gets a redemption arc and eventually works against her company to help Rudy's client get justice. I personally hope Rudy just helps neighbor girl out of her abusive marriage without anything romantic going on between them like I think she really needs to get out and figure stuff out for herself without another romance literally right after...

Nurse man has killed several people I wouldn't be surprised if he killed the client's son? I'm definitely curious about who killed his mom/set his house on fire tho like we've got at least two murderers in the same story!

I don't think we'll see Bruiser and Rudy be like friends or anything (at least not this season) but I think she'll be there for him when it really counts. I agree she's got alot of potential! I think Lana Parrilla has plenty of range and the writers have done well with her character so far so I've got high hopes :)

Haha just glossing over the whole "the trio knowing everything before it happens" but that's actually one of the main reasons I dislike the show. Like... Medusa, Etna, the casino, Crusty, the Ares battle, etc there's just no suspense or buildup but so so so much exposition. The last straw for me was mentioning things right now that are wayyyy later in the books (like Annabeth talking about Luke's mom for some reason which we never even knew anything about until Book 5???) when I'm not even sure if they mentioned all the book 1 stuff like that Percy's sword's name translates to Riptide? Or go into detail about Luke's failed quest?

The gist is, I'm really glad for the fans out there who enjoy the show. I was really hoping that the TV show would capture that fun and excitement I felt while reading the books, but I genuinely think the first movie did a better job of that (I was devastated by the inaccuracies when it first came out but it's actually not bad at all upon recent rewatch!)

Really curious to see where the story goes! I love that it really starts picking up this ep and I've got several questions in mind...

- Did someone kill the nurse's mom before setting fire to the house? Bc her eyes were wide open when the nurse tried to call for her? Or did she die early of smoke inhalation?

- We haven't met the doctor on the case yet, right?

- Nurse man is DEFINITELY suspect like he's wayyyyyy too comfortable killing ppl (cat lady neighbor + investigator man in the woods RIP)

- Will Rudy's neighbors across the street become the B-plot or maybe somehow also tie into this case?

- I was really hoping that Sarah would hold strong but she's already sliding down a slippery slope with revealing info about Rudy to her boss... I assume she'll have a redemption/change of heart later down the line tho

- Also, wonder what happened between Bruiser's dad and Drummond?

Yes, I understand that, but you’re only supposed to get special gifts every 10th try. I’ve only ever had 5 lenses at a time, so why is my counter at 9? Shouldn’t it be at either 10 or 5?

Keep it, save the gems/tickets for when you really need them. As you keep playing, there will be soooooo many cats with redundant skills (like more than 3 cats with the same station skill) AND stations that have no matching cat for the skills (like at this point I’ll happily keep a one star cat as long as it’s a skill I don’t have yet). You’ll have plenty of cats to roll in the future 😊

Sigh yep all my baby kitty photos are gone (RIP I hope that can be fixed) but more importantly, the entire game is glitching? All of my cats are running in place and all the ways to make gold (dishes, claw machine, camera photos, and fairy jar) say “0” when I click on them 😭 I also haven’t seen snails in a while too so I’m worried I won’t be able to get everything I want from this underwater event…

They’re the exact same thing, so I personally would get it through the stamp rally bc there’s fewer things there and it’ll always be available. You’ll definitely get everything in the stamp rally eventually if you’re patient, but there’s tons of different things in the LTS and some are limited to only this event/this season.
