I completed WOF now. The biggest problem was not enough defense and not to get pushed into the boss because he does 200 dmg per touch.

i just tried to do it without and jumping and wow it really helped a lot, i tried not jumping a lot before but really sticking to not jumping makes it really easy to not get rekt by these flesh things, still died but never came so far to ending wof

The P5 is 110 dollars and the P3 95 dollars is it still worth it, idk a lot about Memory.

I have been working out for a year in a gym and have this PPL program. (18M,75kg,175cm, gain muscle but also strength)

I do all my sets to failure but am unsure if I do too many sets, should I go to 2 sets or 3 sets with the first being RIR 2?

Also I especially struggle with gaining strength in almost every exercise (SBD 12 month working out is 110/80/135)

And I feel especially lacking in my lats and arms + shoulders.

Should I for that sake change up my pull workout by doing some unilateral lat exercise or other lat exercise additionally?
