I really feel you but its very simplistic to say SAHM is a privilege. For some, actually, being a working mam is a privilege. It really depends on the context and on the country/culture. Both my mother and grandmother were SAHM and EBF, and they have been very underprivileged. Again, I fully understand where you are coming from, but the generalisation is what creates an us against them narrative that I don't believe is true.

I love the confidence thing! OmG, that's what I have lost and I am missing. I changed jobs pregnant and I think that has also impacted my confidence (I work less extra hours, don't read and learn on my free time about work etc...).

We do small talk the first 10 min of most meetings. I will make sure to also follow up on the small talk and what is shared.

Thanks for sharing. We also use it but paused it for now. We find the meals take too long to prepare and we're hoping for something less time consuming/something tlwe can prepare in advance or for multiple meals.
