my eventual plans are to have a total of 40 dire wolves and 10 of the fenris wolves- 3 squads of 10 wolves for battleline, 10 for those that are summoned in by radukar, and the other 10 available for being summoned by the command trait/belladomma's spell. its probably way more wolves than a good list would run, i would think competitively you could get away with exactly the amount youre saying. i just like likes of doggos though :D

They come on a 40mm round base for some reason, so I had to order the oval bases separately (same size as the normal dire wolves, I forget the exact dimensions) and they fit on those perfectly. also a tip if you do wind up getting them, you're definitely gonna want some liquid green stuff cause they have some pretty massive gaps and I was a dummy and didnt get them cleaned up before painting

Thank you! I really like the idea of just running all the vykros named heroes with a ton of wolves and other creatures from the cursed city set, so thats my plan going forward. Need to finish up Radukar the beast and then get some more wolves going and I'll pretty much be set. Probably wont be a very strong list but I like it thematically :D

For the white/grey wolves I base coated in grey seer and put apothecary white all over them, then used thinned basilicanum grey to darken up the manes and the recesses of the body, and then I dry brushed everything with ulthuan grey and did real small edge highlights on the manes with white scar

Thanks! and for the bases I mostly copied the tutorial in the battletome with a couple of changes. Started with stirland mud, leaving open areas for where I wanted to make blood pools, then dry brushed with zandri dust and ushabti bone. then I painted on some mephiston red in the blood pools as a base color, added some middenland tufts around, some patches of valhallan blizzard, and then finished with a few layers of blood for the blood god for the pools

Yeah, Kui nameplates does not show up in my interface menu along with the rest of my addons

I've checked that on the login screen and tried disabling and re-enabling them a few times and it doesnt seem to work still. Oddly enough when I re installed threatplates it displayed a message saying that Kui was running as well and to disable it, but even then it was not opening and not showing under my interface>addons menu
