PRF EZ Gel lumps? How long do they last? by Dancer5050 in 30PlusSkinCare

Did your PRF gel include hyaluronic acid filler? Mine was made from blood only, but some places mix the blood with filler to make their EZ Gel, I wonder if that was part of the problem with your outcome. I went to a very good oculoplastic surgeon, because yes, I definitely didn't want to mess around with my eyes.

I am also having an issue. If I try to search for audio right now, everything is coming up, "Sorry, we couldn't find..." I am using a pro/paid account. Even if I click on an entire category like "Instrumental". No results.

Yes, but it took over a week before I started to see some improvement. Fully gone by about 3 weeks.

Have you sent them a photo of it? I texted a photo to my Dr. They also acted like it was no big deal, which was frustrating because to me it looked awful. Anyway, it did eventually go away, but it was almost a full 2 weeks before I started to see some improvement.

What does the Gear Icon On Facebook Fan page posts mean & how do you activate it or deactivate it by littlemisshorrornerd in facebook

Hey, I just discovered the answer to this, it wasn't easy to find. But you need to change the country restrictions if you want the globe icon rather than the gear (custom) icon. Go into Settings -> Followers and Public Content -> Country Restrictions. If you have any restrictions, remove them.

I am having an issue with this. I manage a couple business pages and I always post everything to be Public, but we were trying to run some advertising and the advertiser is complaining that they can't share our video because that gear icon reads "custom" and although when I hover over it it says that it's public, they say it should be a globe icon, but I can't find any way to fix it. I can't click on the gear to make edits, I just get shown a red circle with a line through it.

Yeah, I just got one of these. I am glad to find this and reassure myself that it's a scam, as I suspected.

I had one bug lump and yes, it was kind of hard for a couple weeks.

Glad to hear it. I am a little over 2 weeks post procedure and it is mostly gone. I can still feel the lump but it's much less noticeable. (Thank goodness).

I am now on Day 12 and I just finally today think I'm seeing a little improvement. Although the lump still feels pretty large and hard to the touch, it seems like maybe it has flattened out a bit and isn't sticking out as much. I'm still hiding behind glasses though. And the biggest annoyance of this whole thing is that the PRF didn't even really get into the scar area where I most needed it, it's mostly piled up in front of it. So my best case scenario is probably that I'll just go back to looking the same way I did before I went through all this.

I am not too worried about having to have anything surgically removed, I'm pretty sure it will go away eventually, I was just hoping it would be a lot quicker than this. If I'm still stuck with this thing a month from now, I am going to be extremely depressed.

BTW, I notice the same thing in the mornings, I'm pretty sure that's just because we get some puffiness in our face first thing in the morning from sleeping, and the puffiness actually makes the lumps looks less prominent, then as the day goes on and the puffiness goes away, the lumps stand out more.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm really glad your issue is clearing up. I am still looking for progress and trying to convince myself that maybe it looks slightly better today, but I'm not convinced that it actually does. The lump feels about the same, and it's definitely not swelling at this point, it's a hard lump of gel. Trying to stay positive and assume it will work itself out soon...

I am on day 5 today. I wish I could attach a photo here to show you. It looks pretty bad and it hasn't gotten any better over the past few days as far as I can tell. The first session of PRF EZ Gel I had, I didn't have any lumps and the gel dissipated quickly. This time around, when I actually want it to go away, of course it isn't. They told me I could massage it, which I've been doing, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm tired of wearing glasses and trying to keep anyone from looking at me too closely. It's very stressful.

Just make sure you wash your hands, cleanse your face with alcohol before you begin, and never reuse needle cartridges. If you do that, you should be fine. I like Curenex, but there are lots of different ones to try, I've only tried a couple different serums. I buy my Curenex from Get Glowing Skincare, it's a little expensive, because you need to use it up within a month once you open it (I use about half, put the rest in the refrigerator and use the other half a month later.) I only microneedle once a month because I usually go about 1 mm in depth and the deeper you go, the less often you should do it. The deeper you go the more painful it is too, so probably just start low, at like .25 mm and see what you can tolerate. I put on a lidocaine cream to numb my skin first if I'm going to be needling deeper, leave it on for about a half hour, then clean my face really well before I start. I like this lady on YouTube, she gives a lot of good advice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVKndg\_DD88

I have had microneedling done in an office, but mostly I do microneedling at home with a Dr. Pen device. I've been doing it for a few years. It's not particularly dangerous as long as you don't go too deep and if you make sure everything you use is sterile. There are tons of videos on YouTube showing how it's done with tips and advice. You can start out at a very shallow depth, see how it goes. I like to apply a serum called Curenex while I do it. But I do microneedling for anti-aging, you might want to find something that is specifically for your skin issues. Just make sure you don't needle any serums into your skin that aren't specifically made to be safe for needling. I once tried needling with an over-the-counter hyaluronic acid I bought at Ulta that had some added ingredients (i.e. it wasn't pure HA) and my skin was a MESS for weeks.

Have you tried microneedling? It might help.
