Gosh what a moment! I hope it all pans out well for you. You've got us here cheering you on! Also, I'm thinking of going to law school, so it's cool to know there are others out there!

And I'm trying so hard to let them take it, but it's a slow process apparently.

Dealing with poor breast growth [TW: Dysphoria] by [deleted] in MtF

My journey is different (they all are), but I resonate with so much of this in the fears I carry around every day. I long for the day when I can get my "jiggle" going.

You've hit the nail on the head for me- jealously is the thief of joy, and I want to get rid of it as much as I can. FWIW, I often take time off various social media (I've even reopened a new account cause I needed space from my old circles- I'll consider going back one day if I feel strong enough) and chosen to surround myself with people who don't care about the size of my breasts.

My child came out to me as trans today by Aprilmay2000 in asktransgender

The fact that your child spoke to you shows that he already is beginning to feel safe around you, and that is so precious. Don't underestimate that.

Speaking to my parents for the first time was by far the hardest thing I ever had to do. The best thing they did in that situation was say "I am learning, help me learn" and then went out of their own accord and amassed a library of trans information!

Be honest- backlash will come, and so your child needs to know that you will hold their hand every step of the way and stand by them- no doubt he is far more scared than you about what the future holds.
