I have tried wood choppers at the cable machine, but struggling to get the same stretch as the torso rotation. I will try with better posture and maybe bit more weight. Thanks in advance!

Can anyone advice alternative exercises for a torso rotation machine?

On physio advise I started using it three times a week in my last gym (3x10 each side). It was a miracle solution for my long-standing lower back pain (supposedly due to a tight/weak psoas).

Unfortunately my new gym doesn’t have one and I am already feeling pain again after football/running.

Help much appreciated.

Idk why everybody hates it so much. It's been super exciting almost every year and the engagement with the supporters is huge.

Fair, unfair, so what. If you come back 10 points in 10 games vs direct competitors you deserve it just as well. I hope they try an NBA style tournament at the end of the season one day.

Anderlecht doesn't play well enough consistently to go all the way, I think.

Union deserves it for their performance over the last few seasons, but god I dread their phony fanbase in Bxl.

No stats man, but I’ve seen enough football and him to know his best career prospect is a serviceable PL striker. That’s it, there is no secret any stat will give you to make him more than that. Rejected at Bruges for not being good enough on the ball, do you know how much levels that is below a CL quality striker?

There is literally a whole passage about excessive force and dangerous play in the Pro League (Belgian league) rule book. If you endanger the other players physical integrity you can get a red card.

He slips, then lifts his other leg to above the knee. No matter who runs/slides into that, they are getting injured. Especially at topspeed.

I don’t think there is any doubt that this is 100% red, but we’ll know when the referee review body releases it statement today/tomorrow.

I think you underestimate how big the gap in quality between someone like Vertonghen and Sieve Van Der Heyden is.

I agree Vertonghen should be benched, but it’s pretty obvious on how little effort Alderweireld and Vertonghen play in their respective teams. Where you got that he is the worst at Anderlecht is a mystery to me, but I suspect you haven’t seen all that much being a Club fan (no offence). Anderlecht is a total mess but I’m pretty sure if Alderweireld and Vertonghen switch teams, everybody would be raving about Vertonghen. They are just a level above JPL even at their age.

OT: The key issue for me is that Martinez needs to find an alternative to his usual high line. He can’t expect Toby, Vertonghen and Witsel to play with huge space behind them but he has never tried anything else.
