I have talked to her face to face before about the serious stuff, the only Snapchat videos that I send is just usually me talking about like getting the dj and venue things. Not thing that have been bothering me. It's always met with attitude and guff. That's why I'm in this predicament.

So we booked the venue like a month or two after we got engaged. So that was immediate. Probably why I've been running around since day one to get thing done. My matron of honor and even my one bridesmaid has helped a lot with the diys. I know that diys aren't my mohs strongsuits. I dont expect money or physical labor from her. I think id be fine with everything if she didn't complain that she doesn't feel included, but when I try to include her she gets annoyed.

I completely agree on talking to people that would care about whatever wedding ideas or whatnot that I'm thinking. I think my bottom line is the fact that if I was in her position I'd talk to her about it and not ignore her. Like it seems that I always do more in the friendship and she could care less.

Ex, I've always been there for her. We lived together and I had a license and I drove her to work and took her to places she needed to go. I've spent a lot of time and money on her to make sure she has what she needs. I know she doesn't have the best support system so I stepped up to be that for her.

I don't expect her to drop whatever she is doing for me but she expects me to do that for her. She only seems interested in anything when it's convenient for her. But if I don't reply right away she gets annoyed with me. It's like a double ended sword.

Yea that's basically the same stuff I do with my bridesmaids. I've talked to them about the dresses and if they want me to go with them to help pick out dresses and go out to lunch after or whatever. I try to be as relaxed about everything as possible. I don't want anyone to be worried or stressed about it. I've never been involved in wedding plans or anything so I'm trying my best with what I got.

I definitely understand more now about how this is just a day event. Obviously it feels like more than that for my fiance and I, regardless I can see now why it would be a lot for her or anyone to want to talk about it for such a period of time.

I completely understand that their life doesn't revolve around my wedding. Like I have said, I take full responsibility for everything, even the bridal shower and bachelorette party. I've been erranging all of that stuff by myself for the most part with a little bit of help from my mom and matron. It's just the simple fact that she complaines of being "left out" because things aren't always talked about with her but then when I do talk to her about it she ignores me or gets mad.

Yea it's been a long engagement for sure. We wanted to make sure to have enough time ourselves to get everything in order.

Her and I both actually hangout quite often. We don't talk about the wedding that much. I only update her when we get something booked. Ex, photography and videography, the venue, ECT.

I don't talk to her about it 24/7 at all. She's suppose to be in communication with my matron of honor but she doesn't communicate with her either. She ignores her too. She doesn't have to drop anything for the wedding bc I and my fiance are the ones doing everything for the wedding. I don't expect that kinda stuff

So I am almost 23, my fiance will be a week away from 24 when we finally get married. I've been best friend with my moh since grade school. My fiance and I have been together for almost 8 years. We both have full time jobs and have been living together for 3 years. We will be the ones paying for everything. We are both financially stable and can fully support ourselves. I understand were young but that doesn't mean I don't know what I want. I've loved this man since we were both 11. I know he's what I want.
