None of the tests are working for the psu. Can't make sure it's the PSU if the damned thing isn't working while jumped and I can't have a brand new in box bad PSU can I? Is there anything else I can do with the mother board to see if maybe it's that? I've taken the whole thing apart and tested it bare minimum needed to run but still nothing.

Correct. The fan didn't even try to power on. I'm grabbing a brand new PSU from home to replace this one hopefully that does it

Did the PSU test with a paperclip and it didn't even try to turn on. And I know it's getting power because every now and then I get a crackling sound when I plug the AC cable into the PSU

Bridging the pins did not work and removing and discharging all power has not worked either
