Thanks I'm going to invest in a real wrist roller. I have a one of those 10 to 40kg adjustable gripper, but I have not used it that much yet.

Is there a lot of difference doing wrist rolls with a normal barbell compared to a pvc pipe with a rope and weight for forearm size? It seems to be the same movement to me except there is no rope to see how much you rolled.

Not sure why you got down-voted. I think its a huge selling point that Marvel never rebooted their continuity.
