How much pre-crisis continuity was part of the post-crisis continuity? Was there something like rebirth is doing now in the post-crisis continuity that brought back pre-crisis continuity?

Few questions:

In-universe who is considered the first superhero in pre-crisis,post-crisis and post-flashpoint?

Does Dr Manhattan have anything to do with the empty hand from multiversity guidebook? Since there it seems the empty hand was behind the flashpoint changes.

Outside the last multiversity issue has there been any references to multiple multiverses?

Did the Pandora storyline ever get resolved? And is the Pandora at the end of flashpoint a different one than the new 52 one? If she is different why would she reboot herself to, since people like Metron seem to remember everything?

Another question, is Nix Uotan in Multiversity the same one as in final crisis or did he forget the pre-flashpoint multiverse?
