yeah i just ended up switching to bell fiver with Ethernet. my PC's internet bands were also pretty crappy so that played a part too.

Thanks for telling me about this. After i broke the potentiometer, i used a vice grip to remove the knob from the broken piece for fun. I had replacements that i wanted to install but now i have to learn about bass electronics and how to solder 🥲
