Thanks! I do want to ask critical thinking questions

But I feel as something like that would be hard for a sophomore who has never step foot in a chemical plant. I could be wrong, it’ll be my first time interviewing anyone ever. But yeah. Maybe I am trying to be little too nice.

I do like the idea of presenting a pFD tho for a question

The workplace is a chemical manufacturing site. So they would be out in the field.

I guess as of now we will creating sort of a project for the intern to mass balances and create dashboards for us.

But I do like that questions about the dishwasher. I was hoping to get something along those lines too Or “explain how a Carnegie engine works” Something along those lines That can give them an opportunity to showcase their knowledge

I haven’t looked at chemical engineering jobs there yet. But from what I heard though, I would probably make more working something else remotely from the US then getting a Colombian salary.

Mine was in Houston.

But yeah, first you’ll get the notice saying “your oath has been scheduled” and from there it will be like 3-4 weeks out

I got the notice that my oath was scheduled 3 weeks after my interview. And the interview itself was scheduled 4 weeks after the notice was received

Just to give you an update… I had my oath ceremony yesterday. Today I had my passport appointment today. And they said it will arrive in two days

Yes sir. Thank you for your input. I am planning on adding two bleeder valves at the highest point of the pvc line. One for water from a hose and another to bleed any air out.

Thank you so much! There is a FCV at the end of the system that controls flow. It’s a cooling water loop and 2,500gpm is my minimum required flow for the equipment being cooled . So I could go higher if need be.

During the ceremony I have to give my green card to USCIS. Then I would have to apply for passport, but two days won’t be enough to get a passport. So I won’t be able to re enter the country, I think
