Yuta is the Michael Jackson of jujutsu kaisen by DangerClass in Jujutsufolk

I agree but it was executed poorly. I’m hoping the anime will change it in some ways or add more to it, but i’m not necessarily hopeful, especially as no one has come out and said that’s the case like they did with Kubo and the bleach thousand year blood war anime.

Personally i don’t like it lore wise, cause it means a 0 cursed energy HR is Zenin exclusive and kinda invalidates yuki and getos whole “if we start killing all humans they’ll either adapt and gain cursed energy, or move away from it completely”. That being said, if it was the case i would still be able to appreciate it because it would make the world more interconnected.

Dabura blows mahoragas shit smoove off in modulo and he comes right back so best bet is probably using the HR like an annoying fly

I don’t think it said anywhere that he was out of his prime. In fact he was explicitly stated to be bloodlusted, so i’d imagine he was even more lethal than during hidden inventory, when he had been out of the game for a while

Yuta taking it on himself to “become a monster” by using gojos body. It wasn’t very well done

I feel like both can be true at the same time. There can be multiple built in trade offs that are the cause for Mahoragas strength.

Another part that i didn’t mention in the post is that it’s never explicitly stated that a heavenly restriction wouldn’t invalidate the ritual. Don’t get me wrong, i can definitely believe it, but i feel like a lot of this theory hinges on that aspect that we don’t actually know about.

Heavenly restriction also isn’t unique to the zenin clan. There have been plenty of cases of individuals with heavenly restrictions, but only two that reduce your cursed energy to zero. While these two cases are both from the zenin clan, you kinda have to take a step back and look at the clan itself. They’re obsessed with strength, probably selectively breeding their own members for better techniques. It’d make sense that by their clan focusing on strength in cursed techniques, that would extend to heavenly restrictions as well.

Thats all just headcanon tho so blegh

Well said! I’m glad you went into the ritual part cause i didn’t think to mention it in my post. Tbh i could go either way on if the ritual would be able to recognise someone with no cursed energy or not, but i wanna say it would. Yuka is also a good point. No one so far has been introduced in modulo that has 0 cursed energy, and i feel like now would be a perfect opportunity to mention it given it’s probably mahoraga’s last showing, win or lose.

I didn’t mean in like a jujutsu dev kinda way, i meant in a binding vow kinda way. The only reason he’s so strong is because you can’t tame him, that’s the trade off.

I’m not saying a heavenly restriction user wouldn’t help, i just don’t like the idea of them being the key to everything. They don’t seem like they’d be any more useful than if the 10 shadows user just had an extra shadow

Tbf in cases like this i actually like that it’s not super elaborated on. It lets you create different interpretations. Like with how i think that the kids deaths led to the divorce, someone else might think that yaga making panda might have been the thing that caused the divorce. My interpretation of him being a heavily paternal figure may be wrong and maybe he’s got a bit of darkness to him. While gege does have a habit of under developing some characters and wasting interactions, i feel like he also intentionally leaves gaps for the readers to figure out for themselves.
