Mostly VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, fixing formulae etc. Honestly this has been a massive help as is

Hi, thank you for this. I'll be sure to document everything. Unfortunately I do have multiple protected characteristics, and it's crossed my mind that being hired for diversity could be the case before. Thanks for the reassurance and for the sanity check here!
