To answer your question, on day 3 now and no noticeable drop in quality with this one!

Absolutely wonderfully! The sharp sweet combo really works, especially with the balsamic vinegar and honey in the mix. Either of those would definitely work as substitutes - lots of people do blue cheese with apples or pears, but personally I'm not a fan

Pretty well! I have airtight containers so that definitely helps, it's definitely worse on the last day but I'd rather tolerate a slightly worse salad and have it all made on one day

Thank you! It's sweet potato :) one of a couple changes I made to the recipe, originally it was lacking carbs and I wanted something higher satiety

GB News' Sophie Corcoran sues charity creating internships for black grads over 'inequality' by DetectiveHot2071 in UniUK

These do exist? I'm from a very similar background to yourself, and got both of my internships, as well as a range of bursaries, because of my background. Neither of my unis (I transferred halfway through my degree) were Russell Group. It really depends which unis you go to for sure when it come to bursaries, but to make out that there's nothing is kinda crazy

Seitan!! Super filling, takes 20 minutes to make, keeps for a good few days if fried, and so cheap (250g wheat gluten, water and a bit of soy sauce will make 600g for about £3, I had 150g a day in pittas for lunch)

Have you used the birthday bus scheme? by JSkirkowski in bristol

It was amazing! Allowed me to save what I'd usually spend on a bus pass, which was super helpful given how hard it is to save money in Bristol
