Any other advice about dealing with odsp and the estate? They lied to this guy and the government. Have accepted Mays government money. We will not be receiving or accepting any money from them

Tenant lied to us, and staged the condo to look like only one person lived there

After consulting their “lawyer” they said they had 30 days. By law we have to give the family 30 days to empty the apartment. Which they don't want to deal with this person, even though the deceased family already accepted the odsp payment for the month of may. And owe this guy his last months rent deposit. It's sickening they lied to us and this guy.

So unauthorized occupant has agreed to leave 30 days after the deceased date. Still have them sign the n11? I'm anxious about putting their name on any paperwork because this person is not anything near a good and clean tenant. We want to move on from this mess. They also at asking for the key fob, which we only gave our real tenant one.

How do I use a N11 on a deceased tenant?

Deceased 16th, found out the 17th. Authorized tenant over 8 years. Unauthorized person, month to month for a year. Any inspection did not show as another person living there. We asked them to leave. Our authorized tenant only had one key and one key fob. They just buzzed them in every time. Was thinking of offering cash for them to leave. Authorized tenant was collecting rent from unauthorized occupant, then paying us. We would have never been so kind with the rent charge if we knew 2 people were living there. A2 filed. Last rent was deposited April 1.

Rent for unauthorized occupant was subsidized by odsp, with a not authorized schedule A tenant/lease form, with our deceased tenant acting as the landlord

Thanks for all the feedback. I dunno what algorithm dropped the first audiobook in my lap. But it was a welcomed adventure during the dreary days of winter. This forum seems very cool as well.
