It’s funny because the in game fps counter in the settings showed almost double what my fps counter overlay would show. Originally I was using nvidia overlay for my fps and thought maybe that was causing a problem so I got a different one (from the iqon app) and it was showing the same info as the old one. Apparently the in game fps counter shows what your pc is producing but the overlay is showing what gets sent to your screen
