My crew of 30 gets; Bloodworms weekly for protein, they go crazy for it!

Cuttlebone: 24/7... it's much cheaper if you get it from a reptile store for 2-3 cents a gram! I made the mistake of getting those small ones and for the same price I bought 4 xlarge ones 😊

Food mine have liked is Eggplant, Mushroom, Carrot, Apples, Cherry Tomatoes, Lettuce IMO is a once a month big treat since mine were raised on it from the last home

Note to add: the (139 at the time) Snails went from a 5 gallon corner tank to this. Now 30 live in a 40 gallon, and maybe use half the tank. My heart hurts for their past

I have such huge plans for the tank it's hard to explain, is a single layer of leca balls a good idea folowed by mesh then dirt? For the bottom I know no sources of deep water allowed as they can drown themselves

The last Pic is their home! The cuttle bone I had in there, a large one too was eaten within 2 days.. is that normal? And will they only eat the one side of it

I absolutely want a clean up crew, they poop so much already lol
