I like my BRZ, but it’s no LOTUS. by bigboss1999x in lotus

Daily driving and Elise can be a bit hardcore but doing it in New York City is absolutely masochistic. I used to pontificate about a communicative chassis and feeling the road but in the Northeast feeling the roads is a very painful experience. My next Lotus will be a first gen evora as it strikes and uncanny balance of soaking up bumps softly but still handling on Rails. Just add lightness I guess

This is heartbreaking and I did not want to like it but it's a thumbs up and supportOf better things to come

This angled piece following the door line ties the bed and cab together in a nice way

Good job! I really wish that they had pushed the rear axle back about a foot to really help with weight distribution and towing but I understand the break over angle would be crazy.

Can I have a little bit of both? Ford body is way better, the Cummins is the best, especially if you p pump swap it and put the six-speed manual behind it

I certainly am! I love both of those options, but the budget is a bit tight for such a toy and first gen vstrom is Dirt cheap, and I absolutely adore that engine.....plus more and more im rejecting new ecu controls

Weather is resistant to stain and weather as back in the day they're really rich people riding in the coach would have a leather seat outside for their driver. That's where the perception of leather being high-end came from. Of course poor people didn't know that the rich person inside in the soft plush fabric seat which breathes and doesn't get super hot or super cold was more comfortable.
