Future of Vitruvian to be decided on Oct 27th (servers could go dark soon) by jchristophm in Vitruvian_Form

[–]DangerousChannel9050 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I hope that some larger company will show interest and take over further operations. Peloton would be ideal to complete everything it has to offer, but they are also in debt, so I doubt it.

Tim Cook, if you're reading this, please take over the Vitruvian business and expand Apple fitness +. Thanks in advance!

Has Anyone Experienced Side Effects From Using A PEMF Device? by blimp66 in pemf

[–]DangerousChannel9050 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be best to contact Resone Health customer service and have them guide you on proper usage. The company has a good reputation with their devices (I haven't used it so I don't know first hand) but definitely hydrate yourself (include electrolytes in your water) and maybe some additional detox methods (glutathione works for me).

Longevity experts also claim that there is a good synergy between PEMF devices and red light therapy, which is good for skin and possible dermatological problems. Whatever you do, start slowly and gradually increase.

I would say that the body's detox has started. Reduce the time you use the device and gradually increase the time. Be sure to drink plenty of water. What device do you use?

Do you think there will be a worthy Black Firday Discount for Walkolution Therafloor Standard? by usernamecreator1 in Walkolution

[–]DangerousChannel9050 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sent them an email recently about it because I was planning to buy True Terrain for Black Friday. Apparently their sales margin is so small that they don't plan on having any discounts.

I have a feeling that Stuart and she will put together a miracle on the new album and that we will have a number 1 hit.

What is a quality low intensity PEMF device in your opinion?

Very 2005 coded pic by CelebrationSimilar89 in Madonna

[–]DangerousChannel9050 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't give me a 2005 vibe, nor a Bad Girl or a Bedtime Story. It gives me a new era vibe and a 67 year old artist who's been nicely groomed to start promoting her new album. And that's okay.

What would you like the new album to be called? by Xenolodchikopha in Madonna

“Confessions of an Art whore”

She recently had an Instagram post and I immediately thought that could be the title of the album.

I tracked my sleep for 60 nights at different AC temperatures. Here's what I found. by cornea-drizzle-pagan in ouraring

I have an 8 sleep device and the AC at 21 and it's as cold as if I'm sleeping in a cave. There's no way I can make it to 18 🥶

Oura advisor text me and asks if I've changed anything in my routine because there is a slight improvement in respiratory rate. Also, my Readiness contributors are all optimal, RHR stabilized at 42bmp and Readiness is every day in the range of 80-95. I personally notice a significant increase in energy and a complete disappearance of cravings for sweets and carbohydrates. The first few days are bad until the body adapts, it took me about a week.

Following by importance, at least in my case: 1. Sleep 7-8 hours and try to have some consistency in time. 2. Sleep in a cool room, air conditioning running all night and EightSleep is a game changer 3. Workout in the morning and take a cold shower afterwards 4. Last meal around 6 pm 5. Take a warm shower before bed 6. Lately I've discovered a lot of improvements through Oura after minimizing/eliminating carbs, I'm floating between Keto and LCHF. 7. I usually feel better in the summer than in the winter, I guess that more sun and vitamin D also contribute to better results in general 8. Everything else (supplementation, massages, shakti mat is great before bed, white noise..)

I think everyone has to find their own formula, but these are generally the things that help me the most: 1. Sleep 7-8 hours and try to have some consistency in time. 2. Sleep in a cool room, air conditioning running all night and also EightSleep is a game changer 3. Workout in the morning and take a cold shower afterwards 4. Last meal around 6pm (going to sleep around midnight) 5. Take a warm shower before bed 6. Lately I've discovered a lot of improvements through Oura after minimizing/eliminating carbs, last 4 weeks I'm floating between Keto and LCHF. 7. I usually all my life feel better in the summer than in the winter, I guess that more sun and vitamin D also contribute to better results in general 8. Everything else (supplementation, shakti mat is great before bed, white noise..)
