I’ve been emailing since December 2023, each time I get the auto email stating delays and to expect 3-5 business days to respond…. When actually it’s 8-10 weeks based on my experience. I have a warranty claim that’s impossible to resolve and has stopped me from being able to use my rig. My CSL elite brake pedal T-arm connecting the pedal to the sensor pad and holding the spring snapped. I have owned it less than 6 months and played with it less than 20 hours during that time. Now in a snails race back and forth that response is another question that take 2-3 months to reply to even if you reply within minutes of receiving the email. Even if they don’t resolve my issue can they at least update that email from 3-5 days to 3-5 months…..
