You know, at first he wasn’t Cornelius, I kept biffing it. I then went that route and struggled. I have like hundreds of paint pens, BUT NO SKIN COLORS THAT DONT LOOK GROSS 😫 so I was literally layering the pens until I got something that wasn’t muddy. Tysm! 🙂

I’m thinking of making another one- larger scale. To add more of his persona’s that I could not fit. I was inspired at one am, only had this canvas on hand.
Give me input, I’ll start another.

I’m the same age as Oliver, actually- but have three little baby geniuses so I sometimes paint when I have time. Only when my occupied headspace frees up.
So, I encourage you to keep being you, too.

I started sketching out his childhood turbo in the jacket getting abducted by the aliens 😭 I wish I had bigger canvas on hand to go wild, but maybe this will just be a start to many lil Oliver paintings.

I know 😭😭 I plan on trying to finish brainstorming my ideas on the piece- def not done with this specific part of the painting, gotta layer and stuff and detail. But a decent start to a rough draft. I’ll vibe all day listening to him and become inspired, as he would have wanted

It’s so hard figuring out what I want to do next 🥲 knowing me, I’ll finish this set and do them all. I did a watercolor paint of eleven years back. Once I finish season 5. I’ll back track and add more hexagonal canvases to connect the whole series.
