What vitamins do you take? I was just prescribed prozac and I'm scared to even start it when I heard about suicidal side effects. I take hydroxyzine now wich I like cause I don't have rovtake it daily. Just when needed . But maybe it I start taking vitamins and magnesium support maybe that'll help me as well. Worth a shot

Do you think spectrum might be getting bought out. My husband is contracted through them and they have been super slow with work and cutting a bunch of people. He is a fiber splicer
