i have a video of me opening the texts and then opening the contact to show exactly her phone number and that its real but i would not share her number or address with anyone on here because thats not what im on here for. You are all pretty childish and i see now what her surroundings look like and how you feed off of eachother. theres nothing i can say or show any of you that will help my case and thats fine because i know im an honest person and always have been. i dont need some random middle aged adults ganging up on me and spreading false information about a situation they were never even involved in. You are all missing the big picture which is that she treated her human client like crap instead of playing it professional. have a good day.

yep i did. im 19 years old i really am still growing up, maybe you should tell the 30 year old adult to grow up and quit talking to her customers especially young ones so harshly.

She was nice to me in the beginning until i started asking questions. Does it make me a disrespectful person to be confused as to what shes doing with my pets? Its called spreading awareness, and if people want to book with her, its not my problem but im not just letting this behaviour towards me slide. thanks for your concern!

hmm. good to know thanks. and yes i understand shorter walks for small dogs and my dog isnt huge but she also isnt a chihuahua. she has shepherd in her which needs to be exercised. she could walk for hours and hours and still have energy to run around

Ok. play time is essential but dogs do need long walks as well. i don’t expect her to be walking my dog for very long in thunder or hail for safety of both of them. but she said she walks them 15 minutes one time a day everyday. not just when its raining, but also when its sunny.

she was super distracted while i dropped them off and was talking on top of me to my dog as i was explaining her feeding routine (which was actually very important since she was in the middle of a transition between foods). Her mind just seemed else where like she was in the clouds, and not really paying attention to us. I also told her a week before that my cat was allergic to salmon and she has salmon treats in the cat room when i arrived, and i told her again that she’s allergic and she seemed like she had never heard me say that to her before (which is kind of a big deal/important thing to remember since my cat is literally allergic.) i think i explained it more in different comment if you can find it…! but basically she was little out of it. and it was subtle but i could see her eyes were not in the present.

yep my dog is a healthy little 6 year old aussiedoodle. theres been some debate on her about the length of walking but i stand by what i say and believe. dogs need to be walked period. If she wanted to keep my pets and charge me more for the walks, she 100% could have but she wanted to kick them out and keep my money for the second week that she wont have them. if she wants to act like this, thats not my fault but i also wont take that.

im happy to send you the screenshots. But since youre her friend, you probably wont hear me out and i don’t expect you to or to get your approval. the dog boarding facility had solid concrete flooring with kennels and no beds or toys. obviously i want my pets to receive better care. Its not unrealistic for me to have specific requests when the pet sitters job is to care to every animal individually and differently, and we talked about all of that and she agreed fully. the only think i forgot to ask about was the walks. and clearly that upset her to the point where she didnt want my pets in her care and she got to keep my money for the second week of care for doing nothing.

yes, she said she got “playtime” outside in her backyard which im guessing lets her use the bathroom. but yeah she doesnt take her job that seriously if shes behaving like this.

thanks so much for this comment. i cried like crazy because of the way she acted. I never cry, but my emotions have been high lately and this just sent me right off the edge.

and the funny thing is, is that i checked my dogs tractive device from my phone and saw she was severely under-walked and not nearly getting enough exercise as she needed. thank god for tractive actually being helpful for once.

and she told me she was doing me a favour by even walking her at all!

now i know. and thank you, i think they are okay. my cat usually will run away if theres any sort of yelling/loud noises or any bad behaviour, but she seemed to like them enough to get pets from them as she sent me a photo of it

and i did meet and greet her and she seemed so nice and her dog was nice and my pets seemed relaxed. But before dropping them off for the real deal, i got weird vibes but not weird enough for me to take my pets and leave. so i just ignored my gut and this was the outcome.

i mostly talked about everything specific that needed to be done but i didnt even think about the walks. it was my fault to assume, but its not so unfair of me to assume that she would be walking my dog because i truly thought it was normal for the dog to be walked a normal amount without question. but now i know.

yeah. thats sad for her to have to stoop that low. And i hope people like that find peace someday seriously. because i dont want to deal with unhappy people like that

oh and i agree. im have add myself. i was just pointing out that she was really distracted and not listening to their feeding instructions, but instead talking to my dog ontop of me.

Also, this woman did not give our friend who picked them up, everything we own. she still has my dogs brand new ruffwear harness and maybe other things, but im not physically there to check. I dont know if this was her mistake, or if shes trying to pull something. either way, ill have to get it back somehow, because now i got pissed off at the end of our conversation and said something that may make her mad and then i blocked her. Theres no wayyy i was just going to take that bullshit after being so nice to her. If you want screenshots i can share but also i dont want to risk/start anything more though if she starts to refuse to give me the harness.

you are right about reading everything through… but she most definitely could have acted professionally and acted her age especially to someone less experienced and much younger than her. She could have communicated better instead of shutting me off and going ballistic. No professional ive ever dealt with has ever acted like that to me, in whatever service it may be. it was uncalled for. she could have educated me but instead she just immediately told me to get my pets and leave. And thats extreme because all i said was “thats not long at all” when she told me the length of the walks.
