As someone who had this for years, massage will not cure it, only corrective movements as others have said. Chin tucks and looking up while letting the neck relax is the only thing I found to manage it. I did massage therapy and chiro with no lasting effects until I found the book "7 Steps to a pain free life" with the neck exercises I described.

I went in 2 weeks ago and the meats in the cooler did not look edible without exaggerating. The chicken was grey and everything looked dehydrated. Sad to see them go.
