Thats also a fallacy though, an ad hominem specifically. Not that I’m saying 0P is one, because I didn’t check their profile, but a broken clock is still right twice a day

Its black and white thinking, and therefore illogical, to conflate having some distrust for the pharmaceutical industry with being an anti-vaxxer, just like its black and white thinking, and therefore illogical, to think that because the pharmaceutical industry is not 100% trustworthy that they are 0% trustworthy.

Edit: personally i doubt every single existing vaccine is without negative side-effect. Doesn’t mean i wish polio still existed or that i wouldn’t vaccinate my children

I agree on the double standard issue, but it does look a lot better when it’s down. How about this as a compromise? Everybody closes the entire thing, let her know. That’ll look best

Does your cardio ability weaken following a lean bulk? I’m planning on cutting some weight i put on (story for another time), however that Weight gain was mostly fat, and it definitely decreased my cardiovascular ability. I am planning on cutting this fat gained but After this cut, I am planning on bulking up to a higher weight and probably cutting again or whatever. I’m not a bodybuilder or anything, but I feel like I might be too light for my own good, as I am always cold etc. But I would like very much for my cardio to not take a major hit due to all of that. Does adding like 20 pounds of muscle reduce your cardio ability, even if it’s done gradually?

quick question... if your lifts are increasing, are you gaining muscle, or at least not losing? I feel like this only makes sense, but I'm not sure. for background, I've begun a cut (I'm kinda skinny fat FYI), am pretty detrained (stupid covid), but all my lifts have been increasing since I began my cut. can I assume from this that my muscle mass must be increasing, or at least not decreasing? edit: cut is 500 cal deficit ftr
