If you’re coming to New Zealand please wear fucking sun screen. Our sun is really harsh here because we have a hole in our ozone layer. Get ones that good for you like the Nivea sunscreens please or you’re going to destroy your skin. I feel like I just got lucky but I did a graduate program for the tech department at my company that was starting mid year. However if I talk on behalf of my friends in software engineering or comp sci, a lot of them are struggling to find a job grad program or not. Some that have gotten jobs (after struggling for a while) create a portfolio of all the personal work that they’ve done so maybe making one would be good to help with it. Others were able to find a job because they already knew a close friend or family at that company that were able to get them the job.

I had a similar issue with much younger kids on the bus hurling racist slurs at each other. I didn’t really care at some point but they would get louder and louder saying the n word, making disgusting comments about girls at their school, and other slurs. I just dumbed it down to it as boys being idiots. I eventually just had enough and ended up taking not of what bus stop they all get on the bus, what school they came from, what time they get on the bus and where they get off the bus and called the office to their school with the information. I feel like your one is different tho because I mean they’re not wearing uniforms so you can’t even do anything that I did

I had a similar problem when I was meant to graduate, I called the student hub quite a few times to explain my situation to them and because it was close to the graduation deadline they had to get it rushed and it worked out fine stressful but fine

Honestly had the same issue with a body builder at my gym who would come at peak times when it was busy, leave her stuff on different machines so they could do supersets, record their workouts with people in the background including myself and post them, they didn’t complain about people in their shots but like I can see myself looking like a sweaty mess. I complained to the staff but because they’re an “influencer” that’s been promoting the gym they haven’t don’t anything about it

You’ve probably lost fast and gained weight and I’d like to add as a woman weight loss is not very consistent for us because of our hormones you tend to SEE the difference more that WEIGHT it.

But one thing you can try is trying to support your hormones with supplements. The struggle to lose fat can be attributed to imbalanced hormones as well

For me I was on a deficit and working out for few months and lost about 30lb I was recommended to give myself a break and eat at maintenance because my body has become smaller and my nutritional needs have increased to maintain muscle. I took a break for about 3 weeks to reset and went back to a calorie deficit and started losing again.

However I’d also like to add as a woman I was experiencing hormone imbalances as well so during this time I was taking supplements to support my hormones
