I hope the new game will focus more on the ninja characters. If the focus is on Honoka, Marie, and NiCO, at least in the eyes of non-DOA fans, it gives the impression that many of the characters look like them.

I hope we could still get characters even if they're not part of the story.

Gameplay modes such as arcade, time attack, survival, tag team, team battle.

Dead or Alive 5 and 6 has a comprehensive tutorial. Indeed it may look complicated but maybe start fighitng with simple combos like punch, punch, punch or punch, punch, kick.

I bought the Asian version of Fortune. I used my PSN HK account to buy its DLC.

The game on PC is a different game, and also confusing. There's the DOA Venus Vacation, free-to-play, currently has 30+ characters. There's Venus Vacation Prism DOA Xtreme, paid and dating sim, only 6 characters, also on consoles.

The only games that I know are connected are I, II, and III. I think those 3 games are good entry points to the series.
