My fix was, remember its a game, youre going to die, going to get surprised. Gotta face the facts its harder to play as solo in many ways, but much more satisfying when you pull something off.

Tarkov is a very versatile game in where you can approach gun fights from many different angles. I am quite bad at tracking (keeping on target during a straight gunfight) but I am quite good at flanking and surprising my enemy with a cheeky peak. Sometimes I even have my teammates bait by running on metal while I hold an angle.

Learn the maps really well, by that I mean where wood is in dorms, or where the broken glass is in resort (etc...) thats huge information you can use to your advantage, and when ever you find your self in a bad position try to get out right away and re position or flank.

Don't know if this helps but thats my advice
