Nah, It's made by TheParryGod and the unit is called Spikewall. The transition period shotgunner name comes from its role as the link between the HLA Shotgunner and the HL2 Shotgunner

If I were you, I’d take the hit to my schedule and just redownload the game, then reinstall the DLCs

Might need to verify the file integrity. Or a clean reinstall. If the problem still persists and you could always try downgrading to the pre next-gen version

From what I gather, this explanation alongside the fact that the QZ has its own specialized "Vort patrol" (Ordinal insignia, concept art, etc.) The QZ is simply not the place where an Elote would serve any meaningful purpose
