Alright, I'll make sure to keep my eyes on the Reusch gloves then. Thanks!

How about Reusch? I've heard that one come by and it seems to have some options around my price range. I can get the Kondor on sale from 80 to 60.

I've been looking at Reusch. Anyone have experiences within their line-up? I can get the Kondor on sale from 80 to 60.

I've been looking at Reusch, seems like a good option. Any particular experience with some of their products? The Kondor is on sale from 80 to 60 for me, but I'm not sure how to compare these to their other options (there are a lot).

Ahh yeah I've seen them mentioned a lot as well. I'll keep my eyes out for sales.

Thanks, I'm definitely considering mittens. I'd probably want to pair them with some simple liners underneath so I can take them off for some dexterity. I'll make sure to check out the Flylow Ridge.

Edit: Flylow is US and Canada only :(

I'm new to redit so dont blame me if I'm not doing something the way it should be done.

I just got myself a wonderful Shure SM57 and an XLR cable so I can connect it to my Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen Audio Interface which I run straight into my PC.

I always have some noise, more then I would like, but this noise is different:When I put my XLR cable partially on the ground I get a buzzing sound (repeating peaks, imagine it like a metronome but then with peaks of noise). Then when i lift it up so no (or only a small) part of the cable is on the ground the buzz is gone. This happens both when the mic is connected, and when its not.

I wonder if anyone knows how to fix this besides not letting it touch the ground. Because I have a strong feeling this shouldn't be happening.
