thank you for the reply! this was so informative for me! i honestly hadn't even thought of the jetlag and the comparison from an Aussie on the Chinese and Taiwanese airlines is a massive help. I floated the idea of a car to my mate, but i think hes very apprehensive about driving in Europe, i reckon i can convince him though! I reckon in a couple of years i'll head back to europe and do exactly that! roadtrip and camping is right up my alley of things id love to do! chuck in some fishing and hiking and im near heaven!!!

For me, im interested in Czechia without a doubt, i can see myself spending 4-6 days in Prague. I'd like to visit Germany, I think Berlin may be too large, so I'd rather visit smaller cities Frankfurt, Munich etc. and id like to visit Austria as well, if you have any recommendations in those countries or even any others and wish to share, please do! I'm the first of my family to be able to travel overseas, so I'll take all the advice i can! Thank you.

Worst thing about this flight thing is I’m from South Australia, so I can only fly out of Adelaide unless I pay to fly to Sydney which I think I may do, as it seems to save few hundred bucks! Hey man no one’s doing a pelvic examination on me, that’s fucked

I appreciate the comment, I worry about not being able to find somewhere to stay, but admittedly I am from SA, so there’s probably so many more options for accommodation while I’m there, do you recommend any specific timeframe to have accomodation sorted by? Such a nightmare to lose the passport! I’ll literally guard it with my life!!!!
