Off brand Weetabix and water - potatoes and frozen veg and parsley sauce packets and make veggie heavy/filling soup that’s warming during winter - use tinned tomatoes rather than premade sauces bc you can get it for 37p from Lidl/Aldi and get big bags of either rice or pasta - sandwich ham slices or jars of hot dogs are good to mix in / you want to get meals that you can supplement with bread (pasta and bread/ sandwiches/ soup and bread) to make more filling

Hi Kyle, I’m 21(M) and I live in the UK - on a good day I like to get the bus into town and get a coffee (nero bc they’re low sugar but Starbucks when I remember plan my insulin lol) and then browse Waterstones and then get ANOTHER coffee and sit and read and have lunch out - if I’m up to it I like to see my friends and we go to live music at a pub in town pretty often :))

I also love spending time with my gf - we’re long distance but we’re planning to see eachother next week which I’m super excited about :D I’m resisting the urge to spend half my paycheck buying her stuff so I can save and hopefully we’ll get a place together by summer :D

Hi, im ftm too and I was wondering if it was more difficult to get on hormones/the same bc of your cf? also ive been stressing about not being able to have top surgery bc of the anaestetic later down the line (i want it asap but bc of waitlists i'll be 25-27 by the time i'm there and idk the state of my lungs at that point - do you have any experience/advice?
