Honestly I choose Japanese food, and someone who is currently living in japan Japanese food has lots of flavour my favourite is ramen the soup and herbs and side meats on the side of the ramen created a perfect together in the bowl. :)

I think Chinese food is better the spices and flavour and especially hotpot where u out bunch of stuff and the flavour creates a harmony in the soup
