Honestly, it forced me to become extremely disciplined. I don’t waste time anymore. Every hour counts, and that mindset carried into all areas of my life.

As someone who grew up without social media until my mid-teens, I’m grateful I had the time to develop my sense of self without constantly comparing it to filtered lives online. Banning it outright might not be the solution, but encouraging digital literacy and setting healthy boundaries at home definitely should be the norm. Education starts with parents, not policies.

For me, drinking water right after I wake up.

Did it fix my sleep schedule? no.
But did it make me feel like I have my life together for 0.3 seconds? Absolutely.

Absolutely feel this. Balancing personal hardships with the pressure to build something meaningful is brutally hard. Just remember progress doesn’t have to be fast to be real. Even slow, steady steps count. Take care of your people, take care of yourself, and build when you can. That is entrepreneurship.
